Web-Seminar „Rechtssicherheit im Schulsekretariat“ – Baden-Württemberg
Das Schulsekretariat ist die Anlaufstelle für Lehrer, Schüler und Eltern und der zentrale Ort der Schulverwaltung, an dem es häufig zu Situationen kommt, die Rechtsfragen aufwerfen.
Im Seminar werden die Rechtsgrundlagen bild- und beispielhaft dargestellt. Ziel ist die Handlungssicherheit in den verschiedenen Fällen, die Fragen aufwerfen wie:
Was kann und muss ich selber tun, wer muss informiert werden, welche Informationen darf ich herausgeben, welche nicht, etc.?
Der rechtsichere Umgang wird anhand prototypischer Fallbeispiele erläutert. Diese Beispiele sollen anregen, eigene Situationen und Fragen ins Seminar einzubringen.
