Die Coronapandemie belastet uns Alle. Der Umgang mit Ängsten ist dabei sehr unterschiedlich und zeigt sich in schwierige Gesprächssituationen: unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Enttäuschung über Entscheidungen, gefühlte Endlosschleifen, aber auch Provokation, Aggression und Übertragung. Dabei können Gespräche leicht ausufern: Ein Wort gibt das andere, der rote Faden geht verloren, die Gesprächsführung entgleitet und endet womöglich in Vorwürfen und Rechtfertigungen. Das muss nicht sein! Grundlagen der Kommunikation und Techniken für komplexe Gesprächsführung tragen dazu bei, diese Situationen zu meistern.
